Job Description
A Safety Supervisor (HSE) is primarily responsible for ensuring that a workplace complies with all environmental, health, and safety regulations while proactively minimizing the risk of accidents and occupational hazards. They spend a significant amount of time on-the-ground conducting regular site inspections, auditing equipment, and identifying potential safety risks before they lead to injuries. Beyond monitoring, an HSE Supervisor designs and delivers comprehensive safety training programs, leads toolbox talks, and ensures that all personnel are properly equipped with and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE). If an incident or near-miss does occur, they lead the investigation to identify root causes, document detailed regulatory reports, and implement corrective measures to prevent a recurrence
