Job Description
A Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents to ensure they are accurate, secure, and easily accessible. They receive, review, classify, and store both digital and physical documents while following company procedures and document control standards. Their duties include updating document records, tracking revisions, distributing approved documents to the correct departments, and ensuring only the latest versions are in use. Document Controllers also maintain confidentiality, support audits, prepare document reports, and work closely with project teams to ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
