Job Description
An IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor leads and supervises rope access teams working at heights on construction, maintenance, inspection, and repair projects. They ensure all rope access activities follow IRATA standards and safety regulations, carry out risk assessments, inspect equipment before use, and provide rescue support when needed. They train and guide team members, monitor work quality, maintain safety records, and communicate with clients and site management to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
