Job Description
An Installation Supervisor oversees the installation of equipment, systems, or materials at customer sites or construction projects. They plan daily work, assign tasks to installation teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. They review project plans, inspect completed work, solve technical issues, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Installation Supervisors also ensure workers follow safety regulations, maintain accurate project records, manage tools and materials, and provide guidance and training to team members to ensure successful installations.
