Job Description
A Heavy Driver operates heavy vehicles such as trucks, trailers, buses, or construction vehicles to transport goods, equipment, or passengers safely. They inspect their vehicle before and after each trip, follow traffic laws, plan safe routes, and ensure cargo is loaded and secured correctly. Heavy Drivers also keep delivery records, report vehicle problems, perform basic maintenance checks, and follow all company safety procedures to ensure timely and safe transportation.
