Job Description
An HVAC/EPP Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and environmental or electrical power plant (EPP) systems. They make sure all equipment works safely and efficiently by checking for faults, replacing damaged parts, and performing regular maintenance. They also test system performance, read technical drawings, use specialized tools, and follow safety rules at all times. HVAC/EPP Technicians respond to breakdowns, solve technical problems quickly, and keep accurate maintenance records to help ensure reliable operation of buildings, facilities, or industrial equipment.
