Training and Development Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and conducting various training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and delivering training initiatives, with a focus on soft skills, communication, service etiquettes, negotiating skills, and role-specific programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the annual training calendar and drive man-hours within budget constraints.
2. Identify training needs in collaboration with Retail Leaders to address business requirements.
3. Conduct soft skills programs and role-based training sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
4. Coordinate with other departments for technical training requirements.
5. Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
6. Ensure training facilities are up-to-date, effective, and aligned with session requirements.
7. Measure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities.
9. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and initiate engagement and learning initiatives.
10. Collaborate with Academic Training Certifications for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and conducting training programs.
• Expertise in process, product, and customer service training.
• Proven track record in driving career and business impact projects.
