The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and delivering training initiatives, with a focus on soft skills, communication, service etiquettes, negotiating skills, and role-specific programs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual training calendar and drive man-hours within budget constraints.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with Retail Leaders to address business requirements.
- Conduct soft skills programs and role-based training sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with other departments for technical training requirements.
- Facilitate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure training facilities are up-to-date, effective, and aligned with session requirements.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and initiate engagement and learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with Academic Training Certifications for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and conducting training programs.
- Expertise in process, product, and customer service training.
- Proven track record in driving career and business impact projects.
