To patrol and defend allocated property, to promote and enforce safety and security, and to serve as a visible deterrent to criminal conduct.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep your property and tenants safe from theft, vandalism, trespassing, and accidents.
• maintain a visible presence that enforces security and safety
• Suspicious behaviour, threats, and abnormal activity should all be investigated.
• Respond to alarms and requests for assistance; monitor and control the entry and exit of employees and guests in accordance with established procedures.
• discover and confront unauthorised individuals and security procedure violators
• enforce relevant laws and regulations pertaining to all individuals on the property examine property using electronic monitoring devices report rule infractions and violations
• monitor and restrict the entry and exit of illegal objects inspect the exterior of the property for maintenance issues, malfunctions, or risks.
• To deal with illegal or irregular acts, contact the appropriate authorities.
• Prepare written reports of daily activities, observations, and occurrences using radio or other communication devices in a clear and succinct manner.
• Fire and security systems are inspected and tested.
• In the event of an emergency, follow the prescribed emergency plan.
