Job Description

Respond to customer complaints or issues; hire, train, and supervise employees; participate in marketing planning and implementation; and negotiate catering or facility use with clients. Maintain a close eye on revenue and make adjustments to procedures and prices as needed. Ascertain that all health and safety laws are adhered to; Budgets are created, implemented, and analysed.Establish work schedules for employees and keep track of their performance. Determine the services that will be provided and put in place operating processes; Daily operations are planned, organised, directed, controlled, and evaluated.
