Information is received and relayed to central dispatch.To move goods and supplies, operate and drive straight or articulated trucks.Examine the vehicle's condition and inspect the tyres, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.Keep track of cargo, service hours, distance travelled, and fuel consumption.Pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections are performed, and all components of the vehicle are monitored.
Communication Systems Experience
Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment.Trip recorder (on-board computer)
