• Position Title: Supervisor

Overseeing and coordinating the work of the staff members who prepare and portion food
Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitary practices, and safety measures
Calculate and place a supply and ingredient order.
Employ personnel to serve food
Ensure quality control and food service
Respond to consumer grievances or issues
Prepare summary meal order forms for the chef.
Must be familiar with the types of cuisine served at the institution.
Control and observe the delivery of food carts
