Reporting to the IT Head for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar, you will be at the forefront of the Equities Business in Riyadh, hosting the only GM Equities platform in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead the local team, providing L0-1 coverage of platforms and L1-3 coverage for platforms located in Riyadh.
- Face off to business users, dealing with incidents and issues in a time-critical business environment.
Order Execution Cycle:
- Understand the order execution cycle and coordinate with the team to resolve outages preventing seamless trading.
Incident Management:
- Manage incidents, liaise with L2-L3 technology teams for non-local applications, and lead efforts to restore and recover from incidents.
- Take responsibility for remediating problems with local platforms, implementing workarounds, and ensuring proper resolution.
Business Analysis and Design Contribution:
- Provide Business Analysis and design contribution to changes in local platforms, addressing new business requirements and enhancing capabilities.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify, assess, register, and remediate IT risks, collaborating with the CISO organization.
- Handle internal and external audits related to technical queries on the platform.
- Respond to regulatory assessments and ensure compliance with changing regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of exposure within an Investment Banking Trading environment.
Background in Trading Application Support, Application Development, or Trading technology engineering.
Strong understanding of Enterprise class OMS, PMS, booking and reconciliation platforms.
Technical expertise in FIX protocol, STP processing, DMA behavior, and distributed trading technologies.
Solid SQL skills, understanding of Linux OS, and familiarity with industry-leading OMS technologies.
Incident management experience and ability to produce detailed post-mortem reports.
Change management skills, including discussing changes with the business, producing implementation plans, and keeping abreast of regulatory changes.
Excellent communication skills in English.
