Roles & Responsibilities:

 

• Ability to create daily and monthly work schedules for 300 employees.
• Identify problems and areas for improvement in the process during operations so that they can be resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of how to prepare quotations on a daily, monthly, and annual basis
• Having knowledge on how to answer the phone.
• Having outstanding customer service abilities and being able to communicate effectively in English. Arabic is also a plus.
• Knows how to find and grow new customers for the business.
• Manage the needs of customers.
• Client consultations to better understand, anticipate, and address their needs.
• MS EXCEL, WORD, AND OUTLOOK are all skills I have.
• Need somebody who can work in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to build work schedules for 300 employees on a daily and monthly basis.
• During operations, identify problems and areas for improvement in the process so that they can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of how to prepare daily, monthly, and annual quotations
• Having a good understanding of how to answer the phone.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English. It's also a benefit if you can communicate in Arabic.
• Knows how to find and expand new business customers.
• Customers' requirements should be managed.
• Consultations with clients to better understand, anticipate, and respond to their needs.
• I am proficient in MS EXCEL, WORD, AND OUTLOOK.
• Someone who can work in a high-pressure setting is required.
