We have worked with our customer located in the Richmond Hill area in their search for a Controller-Accounting Services. In this capacity you will:
- Be in charge of all reporting and accounting functions for allocated client engagements, as well as day-to-day account management.
- Create/maintain solid business relationships by meeting new clients.
- Install, create, and set up basic accounting software for small businesses.
- Basic accounting procedures should be established and implemented.
- Oversee the account's Staff Accountant(s) and give required direction and training as needed.
- In difficult scenarios, analyse and reconcile accounts and prepare reconciliations.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, as well as monitor and manage cash flow.
- Interact with year-end accountants and government auditors for your clients.
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts, as well as related working papers.
- Interact with clients to verify that financial statements are understandable, and provide explanation and analysis as needed.
- Assist the Staff Accountant with scheduling concerns and performance reviews.
