Primary Responsibilities for this job is
- Management and QuickBooks Subject Matter Expert
- Financial transactions are entered into the client's electronic accounting software or, if none exists, into QuickBooks.
- Maintain control accounts, such as A/R and A/P, by checking, assigning, and publishing transactions.
- Ensures that relevant party accounts are linked to each other.
- Keeps track of and balances the general ledger.
- Compiles, files, and advises management on WSIB, HST, EHT, ROEs, QST, PST, source deductions, and T4s in accordance with federal and provincial legal requirements.
- Enter/import the trial balance into Caseware for in-house bookkeeping assignments, and make sure the accounting software net income equals the Caseware net income.
