To excel as an AutoCAD drafter, it is essential to possess extensive experience working with AutoCAD software, advanced design skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch AutoCAD drafter should be capable of designing and producing high-quality models that meet all client specifications.

 

Responsibilities of an AutoCAD Drafter:

 

1. Collaborating with architects, designers, and engineers to explore design ideas.
2. Creating product designs from scratch.
3. Presenting initial design drafts for client approval.
4. Ensuring that product designs adhere to necessary safety and structural standards.
5. Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software.

Requirements for an AutoCAD Drafter:
