Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dedicated healthcare accounts, ensuring excellence in service and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for technical, logistics, and business requirements from our valued customers.
- Drive expansion by introducing Siemens Healthineers solutions to new sites and facilitating both vertical and horizontal growth in the territory.
- Educate customers on the innovative healthcare solutions offered by Siemens Healthineers.
- Provide unwavering support to our Business Partners, ensuring they deliver optimal customer service.
- Develop and enhance the skills of the Business Partner team through training and mentorship.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to strategically align and optimize activities for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, healthcare, business, etc.).
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in healthcare solutions or related services.
- In-depth knowledge of IT solutions within the healthcare domain.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a must.
- Saudi Nationality is a prerequisite.
