Sr. Representative – Branding & Marketing
Education & Certification: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Increases Brand Awareness: Assist in the creation, strengthening, and amplification of an organization's brand awareness across all stakeholders, including clients, business associates, staff, vendors, and communities.
- Ensures message continuity and standards across all channels: Working with cross-functional teams, the Brand Manager identifies and articulates the organization's brand commitment and ensures that all interactions consistently represent that promise.
- Observes and analyses business dynamics, as well as keeping abreast of competitor operation and industry best practises.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess trends, brand recognition, and ventures in competition.
- Furthermore, the Group's brand reputation as a leading supplier of Customers and Principals (Current & Potential)
- inside the oil and gas industry (specifically with our existing and prospective customers) in Qatar and the GCC (Kuwait, Oman). A specific scope must be specified (Products & Services vs Customers).
- OEMS (current principal companies with which we collaborate / future principals) This scope should be clearly defined (for example, company names / products / services / geography, etc.).
- • Website activity: Metrics such as the number of visits, sessions, session length, average time spent on a page, behaviour flow, bounce rate, and so on are examples of key performance indicators.
- Advertisement click through rate: A ratio that compares the number of times an ad is seen (impressions) to the number of times it is clicked on.
- Measuring deliverability, open rate, and click rate of newsletters, company notifications to Customers & Principals via email.
- Social mentions: A large metric that encompasses the cumulative number of times a brand is actively discussed through various social media platforms.
Skills & Competencies:
- Very good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Very good interpersonal, consulting and presentation skills.
- Strong fundamental knowledge in the related field.
- Independent problem-solving abilities and out of the box thinking.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
- Must be under family sponsorship.
- Job location will be in Wukair
