About this job

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Bolzano, Italy. This job is in retail and sales. You will work in a store that sells different products. The company wants someone who knows about sales KPIs. This means you should understand how to measure sales success. You will help the Store Manager run the store smoothly. You will work with a team and help them succeed. This is a good opportunity to grow in your career. You need to be friendly and good at talking to customers. Day to day

What you will do

✓Help the Store Manager with daily tasks.
✓Train and support new staff members.
✓Make sure the store looks good and is clean.
✓Check stock levels and order products when needed.
✓Keep track of sales and report to the manager.
✓Help customers and answer their questions.
✓Work with the team to reach sales goals.

To qualify

What you need

✓Must have at least 2 years of experience in retail.
✓Education should be at least Intermediate (Inter).
✓Know about sales KPIs and how to use them.
✓Good communication skills in English.
✓Must be friendly and work well with others.
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✓Willing to learn and improve.
