GRC - Officer

Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services is looking for a governance, risk and compliance officer in Kuwait to help strengthen its internal controls, risk management and compliance practices. This is a specialist role for someone who understands how governance frameworks, risk registers and compliance requirements work together in an oilfield services business. In this role, you will support the development, review and monitoring of policies, procedures and controls, helping teams across the business understand and follow them. You will assist with risk assessments, maintain risk and compliance registers, and help track actions arising from audits, reviews and internal reports. The work also involves supporting investigations, preparing compliance documentation and contributing to reports for management on governance and risk matters. You will need a strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance principles, along with careful attention to detail and good judgement when handling sensitive information. Experience in the oil and gas or oilfield services sector is an advantage, as is familiarity with audit processes and regulatory requirements.
