Applications and Technology Engineer — Industrial Gases, Food and Beverage

Gulf Cryo is looking for an applications and technology engineer in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, to support customers in the industrial gases, food and beverage sectors. This is a technical, customer-facing engineering role that combines hands-on gas application work with project support, safety and training. In this role, you will work with customers to assess their needs, design gas application solutions and support the commissioning and start-up of equipment. You will help install, test and troubleshoot application systems, and you will advise customers on the safe and efficient use of gases and related equipment. The work also includes preparing technical documentation, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and following up installations to make sure systems perform as intended. You will need a solid engineering background, with practical experience in gas applications, process equipment or a related technical field. A food and beverage background is an advantage, as is experience with freezing, chilling, modified atmosphere packaging or beverage carbonation systems. Strong communication skills are important, as you will explain technical solutions to customers, deliver training and work with colleagues across different teams.
