Civil Engineer

Gulf Enterprises is looking for an experienced fit-out engineer (civil/architectural) to join its growing interior design and fit-out team in Muscat, Oman. The fit-out engineer will manage and supervise fit-out projects from design through to handover. The role includes reviewing drawings, bills of quantities and specifications to check accuracy and feasibility, and coordinating with clients, consultants and site teams so projects run smoothly. The role holder will monitor progress, quality and safety standards on site and prepare reports and documentation for ongoing projects. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture and have at least five years of experience in fit-out projects covering interior design and construction. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery and site execution is needed, along with the ability to manage projects, subcontractors and site activities efficiently. Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team are also required. An Oman driving license is an advantage. Candidates already based in Oman with a transferable visa are preferred.
