Following is the job Description for We Are Looking For Experienced Quantity Surveyor In Dubai

• Position Title: Surveyor
• No. of Available Positions: 1
• Job Type: Full Time Job
• Job Location: United Arab Emirates

Reviewing the building plans and creating the quantity specifications are responsibilities.
• Examining contracts, maintenance costs, and material costs to make sure the best values are being offered.
• Communication with site managers, customers, builders, and subcontractors.
• Writing analysis, reports, budgets, contracts, risk assessments, and other documentation.
• Giving managers and clients advice on enhancements and fresh approaches.
• Keeping track of supplies and placing further orders as necessary.
• Recording any design modifications and revising budgets.
• Building and upholding effective connections with internal and external stakeholders.
• Going wherever is necessary from the office.
