We are looking for a dependable Office Boy / Office Assistant to join our team and assist with office maintenance. We are looking for someone with excellent time management skills, knowledge of how to keep an office clean, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities for Office boy

1.  Cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, floor waxing, and vacuuming.
2.  Restocking supplies like table tissue paper and stamp ink.
3.  As soon as possible, clean up spills, broken glass, and other messes.
4.  Should be able to make tea and Turkish coffee.
5.  Assisting management with a wide range of workplace responsibilities.
6.  Assisting other administrative staff with a variety of office tasks.
7. Monitoring the use of office equipment and supplies and reporting to the administrative secretary.
8. Handling questions or requests from visitors and employees.
9. Coordination of office equipment maintenance and repair.
10. Gathering and distributing couriers or packages among employees
11. Assisting secretaries or other administrative assistants with their duties.
12. Collaborating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly office environment.
13. Inspect the office premises, furniture, staff room area, and manager's room for cleanliness.
