The Senior Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. With assistance from the Maintenance Planner and PM schedule, the employee is responsible for acting as a liaison between the Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Crew. The Maintenance Supervisor is also in charge of communicating with and assisting plant employees, enforcing all maintenance procedures, and executing and maintaining all employee safety regulations, manufacturing safety policies, and related administrative policies.
