Planning Engineer (MEP)
In Primavera P6, create precise construction schedules for given projects, including resource and cost allocation. Create a task breakdown framework based on project deliverables and milestones.for the undertaking (s). Visit sites, double-check progress statistics, and produce on a daily basis.Reports, S-Curves, Histograms, and Risk Registers are all available on a weekly and monthly basis.Conduct a delay analysis, prepare EOT claims, look for abnormalities, and so on.time-related inconsistencies.
Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
A Quantity Surveyor with a BSc. degree and the following competencies is required.Over 7 years of expertise in MEP Construction Quantity Surveying/Cost Management/Cost & Value Reconciliation. Should be able to do work-in-progress values, projecting final costs and sales, preparing and monitoring project cashflow forecasts, measuring, valuing, submitting, and negotiating contract variants and project final accounts, and monitoring project budgets.
Site Administrator
Perform general clerical duties; filing and couriers, material receiving, Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Maintains an organized filing system on site.
Store Keeper (MEP)
Receive shipments, check material deliveries against Purchases Orders, mark & label goods with identifying codes, arrange materials in an orderly manner according to inventory, maintain Bin Card and issue record for each item available at site stores, and maintain plant and tool records are all duties that must be performed by the site store.Notify and return any things that have been damaged, as well as file reports. Keep an eye on the inventory report and the stock balance. Implement the company's procedures for material preservation and storage.
Good command of written & spoken English. Middle East experience, particular in Qatar would be an advantage. Please send CVs with Certificate given Email.
