Job Description

Hand washes food preparation and serving equipment, utensils, pots, pans, and other items after loading, using, and unloading dishwashing machines; Clean plates and utensils are delivered and stored in the designated storage space. Cleans the kitchen area, tables, cabinets, and equipment, among other things; Delivers food delivery to storage area(s); disposes of trash and waste. Assists in loading food trays onto delivery carts or vehicles; Maintains and cleans the storage room, as well as assisting the cook with the inventory control sheet; Assists cooks in moving/lifting bulk food, stockpots, trays, and other objects; As needed and assigned, performs associated kitchen chores.
