Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills

Clean, peel, slice, and trim foods using both manual and electrical appliances. Refrigerators and salad bars should be stocked; Keep track of the amount of food consumed; Simple food items should be prepared, heated, and finished.

Dishwashing Skills

Scrub pots and pans; hand-sanitizer and wash dishes and other items; Items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units should be cleaned and sanitized. Use dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and flatware. Place the dishes in the storage area.
