Technical Assistant

Al-Yasra Group is looking for a technical assistant in Sabhan, Kuwait, to support the retail installation team with carpentry work. This is a hands-on role for someone with practical woodwork skills who can help deliver quality retail displays, fixtures and fittings on site. In this role, you will assist with the installation of retail displays and fixtures, including measuring, cutting, fitting and assembling components to the required standard. You will work alongside the installation team, preparing materials, following technical drawings and instructions, and helping to make sure each installation is finished safely, neatly and on schedule. The role also involves helping with site preparation, tool and material handling, and the final checks that ensure displays look right and function as intended. You will need good practical skills in carpentry, along with a careful, methodical approach to measurements and finishes. Experience with retail installations is an advantage, as is a willingness to work as part of a team and to adapt when site conditions change.
