Senior Manager Business Analyst Sales Coverage

Nair Systems is hiring a Senior Manager Business Analyst Sales Coverage for its Qatar operations in Doha. The role supports sales coverage work through analysis of coverage effectiveness, wallet share and cross-sell opportunities, and through coverage dashboards and reporting. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders, gather requirements, map processes and help design operating models. Work must comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, data protection and conduct-risk policies. The employer is looking for someone who can join within two weeks, and at most within one month.

• A bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing or a related disc
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in Banking, Business Analysis, Strategy, Transformation, Coverage or Operating Model work is
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model design and stakeholder management is required
• Corporate, Institutional or Transaction Banking or Coverage exposure is preferred
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
• Strong English communication skills are required
• Familiarity with Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma and Microsoft Office is required

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing or a related discipline. Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
