Public Relations Officer (PRO) Exp. With JAFZA Authorities

A manufacturing employer based in JAFZA, Dubai, is looking for a Public Relations Officer with hands-on experience dealing with JAFZA authorities. The role covers day-to-day administration and regulatory coordination for the company's operations inside the free zone.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, paying AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month. The successful candidate will work directly with JAFZA and Trakhees on licences, permits, approvals and renewals, and will keep the company's regulatory records accurate and up to date.

• Bachelor's degree or a relevant professional qualification.
• Previous administrative experience within JAFZA is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience dealing directly with JAFZA authorities is mandatory.
• Practical experience handling Trakhees approvals and related processes is mandatory.
• Experience with manufacturing or industrial facilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory approvals, permits, inspections, NOCs, renewals and compliance documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
