Multi Skill Technician

Sheraton is looking for a Multi Skill Technician to join its team in Manama, Bahrain. This is a practical, hands-on role that keeps the hotel running safely and comfortably for guests and colleagues alike. The successful candidate will work across several technical areas, from heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to refrigeration and electrical systems, so no two days are quite the same. In this role you will inspect, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment, and carry out daily inspections of the mechanical plant. You will monitor and control property temperatures, keep an eye on energy and utilities usage, and work with controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. You will also assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring, along with pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves, and carry out routine pool and spa maintenance. Safety and service sit at the heart of the job. You will follow all company and safety and security policies, report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, and injuries, and complete safety training and certifications. You will keep your uniform and personal appearance clean and professional, protect confidential and proprietary information, and welcome guests warmly, anticipating and addressing their needs.
