Inventory Management Executive / Officer

A Dubai employer in the JAFZA area is looking for an Inventory Management Executive or Officer to run stores and inventory work in a steel manufacturing setting. The role covers the full stores cycle, from receiving and checking materials through storage, issuing, counting and reconciling stock, and keeping ERP records accurate. The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, supply chain, production and project colleagues, prepare stock and movement reports, and help keep material handling and inventory procedures consistent across locations. The working week is six days.

Inventory Management Executive / Officer for a steel manufacturing operation in JAFZA, Dubai, handling stores, stock control and ERP-based inventory reporting.

• Three to six years of relevant inventory management experience
• Experience in steel manufacturing or a related industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Good understanding of supply chain work, including purchasing, inventory and material management
• Practical experience in inventory control, stock management, stores operations, material handling and stock reconciliation
• Experience with material receipt and issue processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of Power BI and VBA reporting tools

Diploma in Engineering, a B.Com, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. A Master's degree is an advantage.
