Following is the job Description for Hvac Technician / Duct Man Jobs in Riyadh

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Material Selection:
   • Select appropriate materials based on product specifications, job standards, and knowledge of duct materials.
2. Layout and Fabrication:
   • Conduct layout of fittings and duct, manually locating and marking dimensions on sheet metal, duct board, flex, and duct pipe.
   • Use soldering and welding equipment to join copper tubing.
3. Installation:
   • Install HVAC equipment, including fans, grilles, dampers, wiring, and piping as directed.
   • Set up and operate equipment, ensuring compliance with blueprint specifications.

?Inspection:

• Inspect assemblies and installation work for conformance with plans, specifications, and trade standards.
• Utilize measuring instruments such as measuring tape, rule, plumb bob, or level.

1. Duct Insulation:
   • Measure, size, cut, and apply duct insulation as required.
2. Cleanup and Maintenance:
   • Clean up debris generated by work activity.
   • Keep tools up to date and in good working condition.
3. Independent Work:
   • Perform routine fabrication and installation activities without direct oversight.
   • Repair or replace defective installed work.
4. Training and Support:
   • Assist in training new employees on installation-related subjects.

?Compliance and Documentation:

• Conform to all applicable policies and procedures.

?Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC field.
• Familiarity with electrical circuits, wiring, and operating principles of motors.
• Ability to pass drug screening for employment and random testing as required.
• Ability to work unsupervised, schedule service calls independently, and travel within the state on workdays, after hours, or overnight as needed.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material.

Salary:

• SAR 2,500.00 (Salary information provided is specific to Riyadh; actual salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.)
