Serco is searching for a Civil Technician to work on one of its Dubai commercial property contracts. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance in a civil works workshop.

Key Accountabilities:

A- Able to read, understand, and apply job papers and drawings.
B– Understanding of how to apply and interpret local and international standards and regulations.
C- Perform preventive maintenance on a regular basis.

Requirements:

A– Minimum three (3) year experience of joinery within a commercial facility or similar environment.
B– High School Certificate.
C- Vocational trade certificate (general trade).
D- Current valid UAE driving license is desirable.
