We are looking for an energetic and customer service focused ground staff to work in tandem with our airport's Front of House team. Duties include welcoming passengers, providing information about the destination or flight details when asked by customers who have questions regarding their journey on whichever company’s product they're using (iTroute), assisting those disabled through no fault of their own as well any children traveling solo while also ensuring everyone goes smoothly throughout check-in procedures whether it be baggage drop offs/ collector outlets near where you stand at bot.The ideal candidate should be able handle queries quickly without delay so rest assured knowing your problems will get looked after pronto!
