A Dubai company working in real estate fit-out, joinery and interior design is hiring a Business Development and Sales Professional. The role involves winning new business and selling fit-out, joinery and interior design services to clients in the UAE real estate market. The basic salary is AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month depending on experience, with commission of five to ten percent depending on the value of each project. Applicants need three to five years of business development or sales experience in the UAE, preferably in Dubai, with strong experience in the UAE real estate sector and an established network of clients and industry contacts. Good exposure to fit-out, joinery and interior design projects is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Only Russian and Arabic nationals are eligible to apply.
