Sr. IT Project Manager

Nair Systems is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for its Qatar operations in Doha to lead a portfolio of IT projects in banking and financial services. The role involves managing projects through the IT project management methodology, coordinating departments and vendors, reporting progress and risks, and protecting project information and confidentiality. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management and financial management skills to deliver projects to agreed goals and customer satisfaction.

• A bachelor's degree and certification in project management from PMI
• Eight or more years of experience managing IT projects in banking and financial services
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and financial management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with self-driven leadership, motivation and team-building skills
• An MBA or master's degree, and training or certification in systems technology, management and banking, are an advantage.

Bachelor's degree and PMI project management certification; an MBA or master's degree is an advantage.
