Sales & Marketing Executive (Building And Construction Material)

A Dubai-based general trading company in building and construction materials is hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves finding and developing new business in the UAE construction and building materials market, building strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants and project managers, and researching the market for new clients, opportunities and industry trends. The executive will prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations and business proposals, work toward sales targets, handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and after-sales support, and ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Requirements include five to ten years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials or building products, a valid UAE driving licence (mandatory), a strong network and established contacts within the UAE construction industry, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented approach, and proficiency in MS Office, with CRM software experience an advantage.
