• Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Have five to eight years of experience in procurement in construction or contracting companies
• Have good knowledge of construction materials, MEP supplies and technical specifications
• Have experience in supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation and purchase orders
• Be able to compare technical and commercial offers
• Have good communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
