Operations Officer

A Kuwait City employer is looking for an Operations Officer to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and make sure orders are fulfilled as planned. The role covers one assigned country, with support for other countries in the region when needed, and follows a shift-based, rotational pattern, so duties can change from day to day. The officer monitors orders through the full cycle, from pickup to delivery, follows up on delayed or pending orders, and works with service providers and customer service teams to keep delivery and home cleaning services running without disruption.
