Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

Nair Systems is looking for a Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant to join its team in Dubai. The role combines core banking knowledge with technical delivery on the Finacle platform, covering customisation, interfaces, reporting and data migration for banking clients.

The consultant will work with business and technical teams to analyse requirements, design solutions, and support the delivery and implementation of Finacle-based systems. This is a full-time position, and candidates should be able to join within two weeks, or within one month at the latest.

• Three or more years of experience in Finacle implementation, support or consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of Finacle core banking modules such as CASA, loans, deposits, payments, trade finance and treasury.
• Hands-on experience with Finacle customisation, product setup, workflows and scripting.
• Experience with Finacle interfaces, APIs, file-based integration and middleware.
• Working knowledge of Finacle reporting and data migration tools.
• Good understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Finacle 10x or 11x is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
