Document Controller Planning Engineer & Cost Controller

A UAE employer is looking for three experienced professionals to support construction projects in Dubai: a Cost Control Engineer, a Planning Engineer and a Document Controller. The cost role focuses on budgets, forecasts and cost reporting, the planning role on programmes, schedules and progress updates, and the document role on keeping project records, drawings and correspondence organised and controlled. Together the three posts support delivery teams, managers and clients with accurate information and well-run project controls.

Cost Control Engineer, Planning Engineer and Document Controller roles for UAE construction projects, based in Dubai.

• Cost Control Engineer: a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Cost Control Engineer: five or more years of experience in cost control, with strong skills in ERP systems, SAP and Primavera
• Cost Control Engineer: knowledge of budgets, BOQs and construction procedures
• Planning Engineer: a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Planning Engineer: five or more years of experience in planning and scheduling, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Planning Engineer: the ability to create clear schedules and present them confidently
• Document Controller: a Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering for the engineering roles; a Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field for the Document Controller role.
