Credit & Risk Excellence – Manager

Nair Systems is seeking a Credit and Risk Excellence Manager for its Qatar operations in Doha to support the board, group chief executive and risk function in strengthening credit risk management. The role involves developing the credit risk framework, setting risk appetite and key risk indicators, reviewing policies and reports, and providing training and awareness across the bank. The successful candidate will bring deep credit risk knowledge, strong analytical skills and experience in banking risk governance.

• Eight or more years of banking experience, including four or more years in credit risk management
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk frameworks, Basel III and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with senior management and board-level committees.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field; CFA or FRM certification is preferred.
