Nair Systems is hiring a Business Analyst / Consultant for core banking on the Loan IQ system for its Qatar operations in Doha. The role involves supporting and implementing the Finastra Loan IQ system, reviewing business requirement specifications, preparing test cases, managing the defect life cycle and reporting execution status. The analyst will work on test scope analysis, regression testing and system integration with core banking systems, and support loan administration in SIT and UAT testing. A bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, MIS, engineering, business administration or a related technical field is required, along with a minimum of four years of experience in the banking industry, including at least three years in IT and two to three years in Loan IQ support and implementation. Competence in the Loan IQ SDK framework, troubleshooting, issue investigation and loan database health checks is required, along with strong English communication skills; Arabic is preferable. The expected joining time frame is two weeks, up to one month at most.
